Fill in your device's unambiguous serial number in the relevant field. The serial number is built up - according to product group - in different formats. Serial numbers of electronic devices begin compelling with the letters "SN", the serial number of mechanical devices consists of a numerical order and the serial number of a sethoscopes is a combination of both.

WHERE DO I FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER OF MY ELECTRONIC BLOOD PRESSURE MEASURING DEVICE?

To regsiter your electronic blood pressure measuring device you need the unambiguous serialnumber, which can be found in the lower area of the type sign at the back beginning with "SN".

Where do I find the serial number of my stethoscope?

To register your stethoscope you need the unambiguous serial number, which is engraved on the top of the chest-piece.

Where do I find the serial number of my mechanical device?

To regsiter your mechanical device you need the unambiguous serial number, which is imprinted in the lower area of the manometer scale.

3. Entering the date of purchase

Please enter the purchase date stated on your invoice in the following format dd/mm/yyyy. Before requesting the charge-freee ERKA XXL-Guarantee by clicking the button "register" please review once again your data to verify its correctness.
